This Ableton template is part of a small experiment we decided to run, so we’re sharing it for free.
We often get messages saying templates are cool and useful, but you still need expensive plugins to make release-ready tracks and get signed.
So we took that as a challenge. Extra plugins are nice, but you can still get there using stock tools.
One of our producers started a new alias and made a few tracks like a regular bedroom producer would. No trends, no label targeting, just simple ideas and having fun.
We sent the tracks out and some of them actually got signed. We also documented the whole demo submission process and will share it on our blog soon. This template is one of those projects.
As always, the template is mixed and mastered using Ableton Live native effects and only requires Serum.
All main elements are MIDI, so you can break it down, learn from it, and use parts in your own productions.
The main stab was made with our INFINITE RAVE rack. All samples used in this project are from illements.
Created in Ableton Live 11, it works with Live 11, 12, and higher.

I really respect what you are doing with your company. I have been involved with music for a long time and I believe there are a lot of misunderstandings about production. What can I do with Abletunes templates?
The main purpose of our templates is learning by reverse engineering. They are fully mixed, mastered and arranged so you can explore all aspects of the music production "from the inside". You can use samples, racks, presets and channel strips for your own production. Moreover, you can use our templates as a powerful starting point for your new tracks.
You can use template-based tracks for commercial releases, YouTube videos, apps, games, film, television, radio, websites, etc. For a full list of permitted and unauthorized uses, please check our License Agreement.

Exactly what do I get when I buy Abletunes template?
You’ll get a .zip file that contains mixed and mastered Ableton® Live™ project (*.alp), synth presets and all the samples used.

Can I open templates created in older versions of Ableton Live with the latest (or higher) version?
Yes, Ableton Live is backward compatible. You can open projects saved in earlier versions of Ableton Live with newer versions of the software without any issues.

What if I don't have the required plugins?
Upon request we can freeze or bounce synth tracks in audio format.
