Black Tea is an Ableton template heavily inspired by the sound of "The Rapture Pt.III" by &ME and Black Coffee. This template provides a great learning resource and a solid foundation for producing anthemic Afro House-influenced tracks in Ableton Live.
Packed with percussive drums, a deep bassline, repetitive synth stab, and emotive piano, Black Tea offers a flexible starting point for your production journey.
When it comes to making templates, we're all about giving you the freedom to customize them however you like. Main drum and instrument tracks are set as MIDI tracks, allowing for easy modification of tempo, structure, automation, drum patterns, Serum presets, and the ability to write your own melodies.
Furthermore, our commitment to transparency means you can dissect the template to understand what's behind each sound and track. Explore synth presets, individual samples, processing techniques, and more, gaining valuable insights and knowledge to apply to your own productions.
Our Ableton templates are designed with flexibility in mind, without compromising on sound quality. The template is based on our multi-sampled instrument racks, eliminating the need for third-party plugins or sample libraries for non-synth tracks.
The piano tracks feature our modified Old Grand Piano instrument rack that delivers expansive sound and impressive dynamic range. Meanwhile, the keys track utilizes our Gentle Keys rack, multi-sampled from the rare Chroma Polaris analog synth.
So, with only Ableton Live 10 (or higher) and Serum required, Black Tea is ready to use straight out of the box. There's no fussing with additional downloads or installations — all you need is the familiar Serum plugin.
Whether you're seeking inspiration or aiming to improve your skills, this Ableton template serves as the perfect resource for anyone looking to delve into the world of Melodic and Afro House music and explore new production techniques.
