Lately is a Future Garage Ableton template inspired by the sound of OLAN's "Feel For You." It features a dreamy blend of tight drums, a deep bassline, swaying chords, distant vocals, and vocal chops.
As with all our Ableton templates, Lately is fully customizable. Every main drum and synth track is set as MIDI, allowing you to freely edit melodies, processing, structure, and adjust any part of the project. This flexibility lets you transform the template into something entirely your own, you can even flip it into anything from House to Dubstep or Drum & Bass.
The open nature of our templates makes them a great learning tool. You can see each layer in detail, from the drum programming to the synth presets, and explore how the various elements are processed and sit in the mix. Everything is laid out for you to dissect and understand, giving you a practical way to enhance your production skills.
Mixed and mastered with Ableton Live's built-in effects, the only third-party plugin required is Serum.

I really respect what you are doing with your company. I have been involved with music for a long time and I believe there are a lot of misunderstandings about production. What can I do with Abletunes templates?
The main purpose of our templates is learning by reverse engineering. They are fully mixed, mastered and arranged so you can explore all aspects of the music production "from the inside". You can use samples, racks, presets and channel strips for your own production. Moreover, you can use our templates as a powerful starting point for your new tracks.
You can use template-based tracks for commercial releases, YouTube videos, apps, games, film, television, radio, websites, etc. For a full list of permitted and unauthorized uses, please check our License Agreement.

Exactly what do I get when I buy Abletunes template?
You’ll get a .zip file that contains mixed and mastered Ableton® Live™ project (*.alp), synth presets and all the samples used.

Can I open templates created in older versions of Ableton Live with the latest (or higher) version?
Yes, Ableton Live is backward compatible. You can open projects saved in earlier versions of Ableton Live with newer versions of the software without any issues.

What if I don't have the required plugins?
Upon request we can freeze or bounce synth tracks in audio format.
