“Soft Fangs” is a Minimal Ableton Live template that features classic offbeat bass, blippy synth and driving beat. The strength of this template is its customizability. Packed with a big collection of one shots (152 in total) for every drum and bass tracks, it can be easily customized and adjusted using Macro Controls. We also included an alternative Operator-based bassline and synth for those of you who prefer synths to samples.
The “DRUM SELECTOR” channel features a 8 cell drum rack with 15 sounds per cell. Just dial up the percussion sound that suites you best. There are Kick, Snare/Clap, High Hat, 2 x Percussion cells, Sticks, FX and Toms. Plenty of sounds to make multiple tracks from just one template. Each sound has been re routed to its own audio channel under “DRUM CONTROL”. Here you will be able to have much more control over the dynamics and shape of each sound. You will also notice the kick drum has its own audio channel as well for better shelf placement.
The “BASS CONTROL” also features 2 layers for bass control (15 sounds per layer), a SUB layer and a TOP layer for shaping the top transients or your bass ton. The sub layer has more bottom heavy bass sounds with a few macro controls to shape the amount of SUB and a control to help boost and shape the Low Mid area. There is also a control to give the saturation more drive.
Under the “MIDS” group you’ll find a Perc Lead that is still MIDI so you can alter the lead at your own will.
All groups and kick channel have been routed to a “PRE MIX CNTRL” return to have full control over the pre mix (Pre Master) with some glue compression before being sent to the master channel for final output.
The Master buss has a simple, but very powerful mastering chain. A strategic EQ cut at 35hz with some shelving around 2k. A multi band compressor with each band detailed to perfection and a limiter for the final touch.

What can I do with Abletunes templates?
The main purpose of our templates is learning by reverse engineering. They are fully mixed, mastered and arranged so you can explore all aspects of the music production "from the inside". You can use samples, racks, presets and channel strips for your own production. Moreover, you can use our templates as a powerful starting point for your new tracks.
You can use template-based tracks for commercial releases, YouTube videos, apps, games, film, television, radio, websites, etc. For a full list of permitted and unauthorized uses, please check our License Agreement.

Exactly what do I get when I buy Abletunes template?
You’ll get a .zip file that contains mixed and mastered Ableton® Live™ project (*.alp), synth presets and all the samples used.

Can I open templates created in older versions of Ableton Live with the latest (or higher) version?
Yes, Ableton Live is backward compatible. You can open projects saved in earlier versions of Ableton Live with newer versions of the software without any issues.

Upon request we can freeze or bounce synth tracks in audio format.
