Hesitate is a Dancefloor Drum & Bass Ableton template inspired by Sub Focus' “Wildfire.” It delivers all the signature elements of the genre - punchy drums, a driving bassline, catchy synths, and female vocals to create an energetic foundation for your next banger.
We did our best to make every detail clear and open for you to explore and customize. All main tracks are set as MIDI, giving you an opportunity to see how we designed each Serum preset, layered the drums, processed the vocals, and many more. This approach allows you to see exactly how everything fits together, giving you a deeper understanding of the production process.
With all elements in MIDI, you can easily make adjustments to suit your own style. Change structure, replace drum samples, tweak the bassline, or customize the melodies - everything is ready for you to customize and turn into your own original track.
Hesitate is designed with flexibility in mind, offering a full-length structure that lets you take your 8-bar ideas and develop them into complete, release-ready tracks.
The template is mixed and mastered using Ableton Live’s native effects, and requires only one 3rd party plugin - Serum.
Whether you're looking for inspiration, a solid starting point, or a way to refine your production skills, this Ableton template offers a great foundation to build from.
